Hand sewn, Chloe’s body is made out of white felt. Her dress is made out of black felt with pink butterflies and white, pink and gray hearts. She has black, plastic safety eyes. Her hair is sewn on and made out of Homespun Yarn. Chloe is 9 inches (22.86 cm) long/tall.
