Vintage, circa 1960s, Singer Adjustable Dress Form sewing mannequin has an adjustable metal base to change height so can be used on tabletop or floor standing. Size B. Gray Blue textured fabric has minimal tears (see pics) but does have a vintage patina from years of use.
