Unusual shaped blue plastic dress clip probably dating to around the 1940s. It is in the shape of a scarf or ribbon with buckle top. The silver tone buckle has a bit of blue showing along the top edge, otherwise in good condition. It measures 58 mm ( 2 1/4 inches) in length.
