Vintage 1960s cream & dark brown velvet mod dress. Made for Malcolm Starr by Elinor Simmons, this A-line shape has a textured matlassé sleeveless bodice with double metal zipper system in back. Fully lined with pockets, the velvet skirt has a subtle ‘water’ pattern. Made in Hong Kong.
