Vintage Sailor Doll

Small sailor doll handmade from felt with a hard face that could be paper mache. The body is slightly padded and the arms and legs are flat (so will not stand). The hat has Italia written on the band. Overall the condition is good, but it is grubby with age.
Probably dating to the 1940 s.
