Sun spoon, pyrography / wood burning

This is a wooden spoon with a pyrography (or wood burning) sun design. I used a pyrography iron to burn into the wood, and added inks to colour it. I also oiled it to bring out the richness of the burning and the character of the grain. It has a loop for hanging. Approx. 12in long.
