Starfish Paper Quilled Pendant Necklace

This starfish with seashell quilled pendant is made from 1/8″ thick paper in sandy orange and sea green. The edges of the paper are gilded, giving the piece a beautiful golden sheen. It is coated in a sealant which makes it water resistant and UV resistant. It is super lightweight.
