Repurposed Blue Striped Tunic Blouse

For this style, I shredded a bunch of vintage, mod floral print fabric in shades of red, white and blue and stitched three rows of tattered ruffles to the front. From the same fabric, I made a tie back to give the shirt a womanly shape. To top it off, I made a little bow tie.
