Beautiful, very 1930s style dress from the 70s by Jean Varon.
Fabric is a cotton / linen blend and features contrasting polka dots / stripes that give a nuatical feel.
Zip up front (concealed) although I was unabole to zip it all the way on my mannequin.
Pussy bow at neck and collar.
