Cowl Neck Tunic with Necktie Belt

This top is made from an upcycled man’s dress shirt and reconstructed into an adorable women’s tunic. The tunic has a cowl neck collar made from shirt sleeves (from another shirt). The wide waist wrap belt is made from repurposed neckties. How cool is that?
