Blue Polka Dot Shoulder Bag , Purse With Bird

This blue and white bag features a bird made of selvages. This brightly colored bag is polka dot, with brown woven cotton straps. The selvages were sewn onto fusible fleece, then appliqued onto the bag. The bag is fully lined, has a layer of cotton batting and a tab with a metal snap.
