Black and Neon Glittered Sand Art Vase

I took a plain 7″ x 3.25″ vase and transformed it into this glittering beauty. This vase has many facets to it. It is done in my sand art design. It has several coats of glitter in colors of neon green, neon orange and black black. It has so much sparkle it is hard to capture in pictures.
