Add casing for elasticized ribbon ties

Here’s a quick tutorial on adding casing ON TOP of a garment to insert ties! Ribbon gets sewn together with a piece of elastic. Great for alternatives to belts or sashes since the wearer can dress and undress with the elasticized ribbon in place.
